Here at Training DJ your pup learns in real life situations & stays in my personal home. During their stay they will receive exponential attention & care. Unlike many board & train programs, where your dog is just a number & would typically stay in a facility with tons of other dogs receiving minimal attention. Here your dog lives with me in my home, where they learn best, in a real world environment not some old basement of a commercial building that they stay in all day.
Your dog will hangout with me throughout their stay, in my living room, in the kitchen, they will go on car rides, coffee shop outings, hiking adventures & much more. All while learning key behaviors to allow your dog to live a more enriching & fulfilling life. We take pride in offering premium care & real world training here, your dog will feel at home.
What To Expect..
4-6 Week Deeply Engaging Training Program
What your dogs stay will include…
On Leash Obedience & Introduction to Off Leash
Loose Leash Walking
The Basics (Sit, Down, Recall, Place)
Calm Behavior around Dogs & People, Environmental Neutrality.
A minimum of THREE 1 on 1 training sessions per day.
Public outings to dog friendly locations, park trips, hikes, socialization, obedience & more.
Multiple Decompression & Play Sessions per day (letting your dog be a dog, work hard play hard!)
Daily Progress Videos so you can see your dog progress day in & day out.
Proofing obedience around distractions
E-Collar Conditioning for Off Leash Reliability (collar included)
After your dog graduates our program…
At the end of your dogs program, we provide an in depth plan, fully immersive take home session & TWO follow-up training sessions to ensure that your dog continues to progress. We also offer lifetime text & phone call support to help you maintain your dog's high level of training.
As a professional dog trainer, it is my job to turn you into a mini dog trainer. Lets be honest, nobody cares if the dog trainer can handle & train your dog. The only thing that matters is that YOU have the tools & knowledge to maintain your dogs level of training.
I teach my clients how to build a strong healthy relationship with their dog through rewards, trust & clear communication.
The majority of the dogs I train are reactive in some way. Whether it be fear based, lack of socialization or over excitement, I will help you tackle you & your dogs goals.
